TOURIST RENTAL CONDITIONS

1. Reservation

The reservation of the chosen apartment is made through a payment of 30% of the total rent, this payment will be made by credit card, transfer to our account or in cash at our office. You must provide us with your personal information and the details of the property, which will be given to you by our agent after confirmation of availability. The client has a period of 5 days or as indicated by our agent to make the reservation which, if not made within this period, will be cancelled.

In case of cancellation by the tenant, the reservation will be refunded to the client, provided that he/she communicates it 6 months before the beginning of the rental period. The client will lose the payment of the reservation whose cancellation is communicated less than 6 months in advance. In case of cancellation by the agency, the agency will be obliged to refund the amount equivalent to the reservation to the client.

2. Remaining Payment

The remaining amount must be paid in our office, by credit card or cash, on the day of check-in and key handover. If you wish to pay this amount by bank transfer, this must be done 5 days before check-in and you must send us a copy of the receipt by e-mail, as proof of payment. Checks and promissory notes are not accepted.

3. Bail

The deposit charged by the agency depends on each property, this will be returned in full 5 – 7 days after the departure of the property, unless there has been some kind of damage or has been breached some point of the contract. It will be delivered to our office on the day of check-in and key handover and will be returned by cash or bank transfer.

4. Cleaning

Being a tourist rental, the cost of electricity, water, pool maintenance, sets of sheets and towels, will be included in the rental price as long as they do not exceed 2 months of stay, in the case of rental of more than 2 months, the tenant must take care of the cost of electricity, water, internet if the case arises.

There is an additional charge for final cleaning, which depends on each property and will be indicated by our agent or will appear on the website. In addition, the tenant must throw out the garbage and empty the refrigerator before departure, and 50€ will be deducted from the deposit. In case the tenant leaves the apartment dirty, the agency will deduct 50€ from the deposit.

5. Check In – Check Out

Check in to the rented accommodation will take place from 15:00 to 18:00 (for check in and check out from 18:00 to 10:00, weekends or holidays, an additional 20 euros will be charged).

Check out from 10:00 to 12:00 (for check outs after 12:00 or before 10:00 the amount corresponding to 1 day will be deducted from the deposit).

For arrivals and departures outside these hours, you will be charged an additional 20 euros to be paid at the time of departure/entry.

6. Capacity, Occupancy and Prohibitions

The number of persons in the dwelling may not exceed the maximum established capacity, nor may domestic animals be allowed to live there. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate expulsion without the right to reimbursement of the amount paid. PETS are NOT allowed, as a general rule, only in some very specific cases, which will be confirmed by Antaal Life in writing. In these cases, the client will be responsible for all damages or flaws that may be caused in the house by the pet, by paying a specific deposit in addition to an increase in the final cleaning. The capacity of each property will be informed by our agent, on our website and also in the lease contract.

It is also expressly forbidden to make noise from 23:00 to 08:00. As well as, the rules of each community must be complied with, such as not inviting people from outside the community, making noise at certain hours, eating in the swimming pool, walking pets in residential areas, etc…

7. Condition and Equipment

The apartment is delivered in normal conditions to serve for the use to which it is destined, being on account of the property the repairs that, if necessary, would be necessary to maintain it in such conditions, being the lessee obliged to return it, at the end of the contract, in the same state of conservation. This property is furnished, with the furniture, fixtures and fittings and objects for its use and stay.

The housing will include: sets of sheets per bed and sets of towels. Kitchen: Electrical appliances such as ceramic hob or gas stove, oven (if applicable), extractor fan, refrigerator, washing machine. Kitchenware; dishes (with plates, glasses, cups and dishes), cutlery, frying pans, pots, coffee pot or kettle, scissors, colander, cutting board, ironing board, clothesline, cleaning set (mop, bucket, broom, dustpan), garbage can. Bathrooms; shower or bath curtain or screen, toilet brush, accessories for hanging towels and toilet paper. Beach towels are not included. Bedrooms; bed bases and mattresses, mattress protector or cover, pillows, blankets, hangers. Dining room: Dining set with table and chairs, TV. Terrace; Terrace set with table and chairs.

*In case the towels of the apartment are used for beach or swimming pool, the agency will deduct 50 euros from the deposit for misuse of the textile.

8. Data Protection

In compliance with current legislation on Personal Data Protection and in accordance with the Organic Law on Data Protection (LOPD 15/1999) we inform you of the incorporation of your personal data, essential for the development of our business relationship, to our files registered in the Spanish Agency for Data Protection in the name of ANTAAL LIFE S.L. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending a letter to our fiscal address at Avenida de las Adelfas nº 16, local 5, Campoamor. C.P- 03189 – ORIHUELA COSTA – ALICANTE.

Antaal Life is registered in the tourist office of the Valencian Community under the number of Tourist License EGV-853-A.
